The inaugural Stuff the Bus effort hosted by the Price Chopper Market 32 in Malta ran from Nov. 9 to Nov. 15. Shoppers were encouraged to purchase pre-packed grocery bags at $10 or $20, with all donations going to Franklin Community Center. The Saratogian reports the campaign was a huge success, culminating in a large school bus completely filled with hundreds of bags of highly requested food and toiletry donations.
