In his four-page report to the Saratoga Springs City Council, Public Safety Commissioner James Montagnino is recommending that Proud Boy members who participated in a demonstration on Broadway in the city Saturday be charged with violating the city code. The Daily Gazette reports around 30 individuals would face a violation of city code 151-1 (A) for not having a permit to hold a parade in the city.
