‘Helping Hands’ To People Without Homes In Saratoga

The city of Saratoga Springs is reaching into a whole new segment of the population to find employees. WNYT reports the program is called “Helping Hands.” DPW Commissioner Jason Golub needs workers, and he’s offering a helping hand to people who need a home and a job. The goal for this summer is to have four people who are unhoused on the city’s payroll, and more than that next year.
