Rain brought flooding to parts of Saratoga County Sunday. WRGB reports in Round Lake, flooding caused Route 9 to close. NYSEG is saying over 3,000 were without power Sunday evening. Those near Malta and Ballston Lake were affected with NYSEG saying 97 percent lost power there.
