The Saratoga Springs fire chief is firing back at the city over allegations of misconduct. According to WNYT, attorneys for Chief Joseph Dolan sent a written response to the city, disputing each one of the disciplinary charges against him. He was accused of double dipping and using a city-owned Chevy Tahoe for personal business. Dolan’s attorney wrote that the accusations are frivolous and inaccurate.
