The mayor of Saratoga Springs is working to acknowledge what he calls a history of systemic racism. According to WNYT,
Mayor Ron Kim wants to pass a resolution Tuesday night that would apologize for past racial injustices in the city.
It would also establish a restorative justice panel in the city.
