A Washington County grand jury has returned an indictment in the shooting death of 20 year old Kaylin Gillis of Schuylerville. WNYT reports the murder indictment against Kevin Monahan, 65, was handed up late Thursday morning.
Monahan is accused of shooting and killing Gillis on the night of April 15 as she rode in an SUV that had mistakenly driven up his driveway in Hebron.
