More charges are now being pursued in connection to unruly Saratoga Springs city council meetings. WRGB reports two meetings in a matter of months were derailed by shouting with police responding to both of them. Now a total of three people face petty offenses brought on by Saratoga Springs Public Safety Commissioner Jim Montagnino. Two of the three are Black Lives Matter activists.
