The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Unit recently arrested 37 year old Douglas B. Wiliams of Halfmoon and charged him with felony second-degree assault. The Saratogian reports Williams is accused of striking and injuring a child less than seven years of age in the Town of Halfmoon on Feb. 17. He is due back in the Halfmoon Town Court in April.
