Clifton Park Center has been sold, according to the new owners. According to the Saratogian, the purchaser — CPC Development I, LLC — bought one of the largest retail properties in the Capital Region for $55 million. The mall space totals 630,000 square feet on more than 50 acres. DCG Development had owned Clifton Park Center since 2006 when it was purchased from GE Capital.
