Saratoga Springs Mayor Ron Kim recently announced a pair of appointments — Dennis Kiingati to the City Center Authority and Reverend Michael D. Bell to a two-year term as Chair of the Civilian Review Board. Kiingati owns and co-owns a number of businesses in the City. Reverend Bell is the pastor of Saratoga Spring’s historic Dyer-Phelps Memorial AME Zion Church.
