There was large flooding in Lake George Friday night following a reported dam break. WNYT reports
Route 9 was closed for multiple hours with the flooding also leaving local businesses destroyed.
The Whippoorwill Motel & Campsites and Ledge Rock Hill Winery are both owned by the Morgan family, they said the flooding has left them with thousands of dollars in damage. A Go Fund Me page has been set up for the family.
