A routine vehicle stop early Saturday morning led to the arrest of a Clifton Park man on multiple charges, including aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. WTEN reports the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office reported that 43 year old Jeremy P. Durivage was stopped at 2:28 a.m. on Clifton Park Center Road for an expired inspection certificate. During the investigation, authorities discovered Durivage was allegedly operating the vehicle with a blood alcohol content of 0.16%, double the legal limit.
