One person was arrested in Saratoga Springs on Tuesday following a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement operation, the Saratoga Springs Police Department on Facebook. The incident reportedly took place outside Uncommon Grounds on Broadway near Gardner Lane just before 8 a.m. Police Chief Tyler McIntosh issued a statement that acknowledged the “uncertainty and confusion” surrounding the incident.
