Brendan Carl had an in-person appearance on Tuesday morning at City Court. He faces two charges stemming from an alleged shooting at his apartment where his roommate was killed. WTEN reports the 26-year-old is accused of unlawfully having a pellet style gun, intending to use it on 27-year-old Michael Collins. Carl is also accused of causing his roommate’s death.
