Steve Boxley will now lead the Saratoga Springs Civilian Review Board after Mayor John Safford appointed him Tuesday. According to the Daily Gazette, a task force created the 50-point reform plan that led to the formation of the Civilian Review Board in 2023 in the wake of Black Lives Matter protests in the city in 2020
