The case against former Saratoga Springs Public Works Commissioner Jason Golub appears headed to trial.
WNYT reports Golub is charged with official misconduct – accused of having a city employee deliver drain cleaner to his home. Golub on Tuesday rejected an offer from the district attorney that would have him plead to a lesser charge of disorderly conduct. Golub said he would rather go to trial than plead guilty to something he didn’t do.
