Saratoga Springs Finance Commissioner Minita Sanghvi will not seek a third term on the City Council this fall, while John Safford will try for a second term as mayor. The Daily Gazette reports last fall, she ran for the 44th state Senate District but was bested by incumbent state Sen. James Tedisco, R-Ballston Lake.
