A Queensbury man is accused of borrowing a person’s car and then selling to a scrap yard.
State Police said Shane M. Blackmer, 33, took the car from the victim with their permission back in 2022. WNYT reports Blackmer then allegedly sold that vehicle to a scrap yard without the owner’s consent. He stands charged with grand larceny.
