Adirondack Health’s Dialysis Center has once again completed all of the requirements of the 5 Diamond Patient Safety Program. This means Adirondack Health’s dialysis program is recognized as demonstrating a commitment to quality improvement and promoting a culture of patient safety. The 5 Diamond Patient Safety Program was developed in 2008 for dialysis providers and other healthcare staff to assess and improve their culture of patient safety within their dialysis facilities.
