The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says they arrested Shane A. Morris, 29, of Valatie for a sexual assault incident that happened on November 8 in the Town of Ballston. According to WNYT, Morris is accused of engaging in forcible sexual contact with another person and of violating a court order by placing the protected person in reasonable fear of physical injury.
