The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office say they arrested Mark S. LaRock Jr., 29, of Halfmoon on criminal mischief charges. WNYT reports the Sheriff’s Office went to an active domestic incident call on Windy Circle in Halfmoon. LaRock is accused of intentionally damaging property of another person in an amount exceeding $250, by stabbing the tires on a motor vehicle with a knife.
