A Glens Falls man was arrested for allegedly driving while on drugs and leading police on a chase that ended in a crash. WNYT reports State Police attempted to stop Damion W. Germain, 47, on Nov 11 around 6:30 p.m. in Malta for a traffic violation. That lead to a chase that finally came to a stop when German’s vehicle crashed and oveturned.
