The city of Glens Falls’ proposed 2025 budget includes no property tax increase.The final version of the $25.5 million spending plan was presented at the Common Council meeting. Mayor Bill Collins says he is satisfied with the most recent iteration that, for the first time in more than two decades, has no property tax increase.
