The Peregrine Assisted Living Facility said it will respond shortly to a lawsuit it now faces over a deadly legionella outbreak.The New York Department of Health is working with Peregrine on water flushing and monitoring for signs of the bacterial infection. Four people have died in relation to the outbreak there. 20 people have been hospitalized, and 10 people have tested positive for the disease.
