A Galway man is accused of choking a person until they became unconscious. According to WNYT, 40 year old Gerrod M. Jones was charged with strangulation following a disturbance call on Sacandaga Road in the town of Galway just after midnight on Saturday. Jones was arraigned in Galway Town Court and released to pretrial services.
