Several dozen Saratoga County employees that are part of the CSEA union gathered outside the County Office Building on McMaster Street in Ballston Spa Tuesday afternoon holding signs and chanting for a fair contract. The Daily Gazette reports the local Civil Service Employees Association (CSEA) unit, which represents around 500 members, has been without a contract since the beginning of the year after members overwhelmingly voted down one that had been brought forth in December.
