A Ballston Spa man is accused of sending lewd images to minors. According to WNYT, 29 year old Andrew J. Stawniczy allegedly sent the images to two youths in Warren County.
Stawniczy was charged five counts of disseminating indecent material to minors, one count of promoting an obscene sexual performance by a child and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
