The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jose A. Guity, 25, of Queens for reckless driving, fleeing a police officer, among other accounts. According to WNYT, the Sheriff’s Office stopped a vehicle on Interstate 87 in Saratoga Springs on Friday around 4:53 p.m. for an unsafe lane change, when the vehicle fled the scene northbound on the interstate, later taking exit 14.
Guity was cuffed after a foot pursuit.
