A part of that “Hail Mary” to save the closing College of St. Rose in Albany, included the exploration of merging with other local colleges, with a last ditch effort coming in the form of a proposal to UAlbany, which didn’t work in the end. WTEN reports within that effort, came requests for funding ito the city, county and state to stabilize that proposed merger.
