An arrest has been made in the case of a driver accused of hitting and killing a pedestrian early in the town of Ballston.
WNYT reports 37 year old Gary Lucas hit 47 year old Meredith Hamilton in the area of Route 50 and Brookline Road, police said. Hamilton was pronounced dead at the scene. Lucas is charged with leaving the scene of an incident without reporting, which is a felony.
