Saratoga Springs Mayor Ron Kim is warning about a rise in issues with ridesharing, mainly Uber and Lyft. City council sent out a warning Tuesday alerting people to check for the difference between registered, licensed passenger services and unregistered passenger services, reports WNYT, after reports of unlicensed, fake Uber and Lyft drivers picking up passengers from popular locations within the city.
