Three years after Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan first announced plans to remove the statue of General Philip Schuyler from its post outside of City Hall, the statue came down around 6 o’clock Saturday morning. WRGB reports
Sheehan says the removal was scheduled for early morning so as not to disrupt traffic.
