No charges will be filed in a Greenfield shooting, where a man shot and killed his 74-year-old wife. According to WNYT, Joseph Cuva Sr. had said he was cleaning and reloading his gun at the time. It happened in their home in March. The gun discharged, went through a wall and struck his wife, who was sitting in the living room.
