The city of Saratoga Springs may soon have a new fire chief after the union holds a no confidence vote. WTEN reports they claim Chief Joseph Dolan repeatedly failed firefighters, and the community at large. Nearly 90 percent of members said they had lost confidence in their chief in a vote held over several days by the Saratoga Springs Professional Firefighters Association, Local 343.
