The 2023 National Dairy Challenge wrapped up this weekend in upstate New York, giving students from across the country the chance to explore and evaluate a few local dairy farms. The Saratogian reports Nearly 300 students from 31 universities participated in this year’s challenge, hosted from Thursday through Saturday at the Saratoga Springs City Center, with trips to tour area farms.
