Saratoga County Hit-and-Run Case Heading to Grand Jury

A judge has dismissed the indictment against John Lincoln-Lynch – the man accused of a fatal hit-and-run in South Glens Falls, because of errors made by prosecutors. WNYT reports Lincoln-Lynch was offered a plea deal last month by the Saratoga County District Attorney’s Office, the defense rejected the deal. Lincoln-Lynch is accused of hitting and killing Paul Trombley in February of last year, then taking off.
