46 year old Angel Isaac of South Glens Falls is charged after allegedly providing a forged COVID-19 vaccination card to the South Glens Falls school system. According to the Saratogian, Isaac was charged with felony second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument. Isaac was set to appear in the Moreau Town Court at a later date.
